Environmental Compliance Monitoring
Northgate supports our clients in identifying potential environmental issues and working to proactively resolve these issues before they create impacts to the environment, or the project schedule and budget. Northgate’s compliance staff work with the design and construction teams to identify potential issues with design and/or construction sequencing with enough lead time to incorporate adjustments to meet the regulatory constraints and minimize any impacts to the schedule and budget.
Northgate’s Environmental Compliance Plans set out rules, procedures, action levels, and mitigation measures in a manner that is useful to project staff and enables even day-to-day compliance monitoring to be carried out proactively, rather than reactively. Our Environmental Compliance Monitors are trained to proactively identify potential issues and suggest solutions before a violation occurs rather than to simply identify violations that have occurred.
