Construction Support

Northgate works with private, non-profit, and public sector clients to support a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to, brownfield redevelopment, linear infrastructure, remediation, open space, and environmental restoration projects. Services during construction include both oversight and compliance monitoring. Construction oversight services are focused on confirming that the remedial construction and restoration activities are performed in accordance with the design documents and/or approved soil management procedures. Compliance monitoring services include oversight and implementation of mitigation measures such as air monitoring, noise monitoring, post-remediation sampling, and biological monitoring.
