Vapor intrusion has become a key consideration for sites impacted by volatile compounds. Northgate has extensive experience addressing vapor intrusion concerns, both in operating facilities and as part of more comprehensive remedial actions. Our staff’s expertise includes the investigation and evaluation of potential vapor intrusion, as well as the design and implementation of both remedial actions and mitigation measures. Remedial actions include treatment or removal of the soil vapor and source materials and  mitigation measures eliminate potential exposure pathways to prevent impacts to human health.
