Northgate is proud to have once again presented at the State of the Estuary Conference.

The State of the Estuary Conference focuses on the management and ecological health of the San Francisco Bay-Delta Estuary and showcases the latest information about the estuary’s changing watersheds, impacts from major stressors, recovery programs for species and habitats, and emerging challenges. This year, The 13th Biennial State of the Estuary Conference was held at the Scottish Rite Center in Oakland, CA.

Northgates presented posters included:

  • Applications of UAS (Drones) for Aerial Mapping for Shoreline and Wetland Restoration and Management; presented by Pascual Benito Ph.D.
  • Urban Wetland Restoration: Sediment Quality Action Goals for Success; presented by Elizabeth Nixon, PE
  • Wetland and Open Space Restoration in an Underserved Community of San Francisco: Case Study of Yosemite Slough, San Francisco Bay; presented by Elizabeith Nixon, PE

Northgate presents annually at the State of the Estuary Conference and is committed to supporting the partnership and its mission each year.
