Northgate was recently contacted by a commercial building owner in San Francisco that had received a notice from the Department of Environment that the building was out of compliance with the city’s Existing Commercial Building Energy Performance Ordinance. Our energy team quickly performed the necessary evaluation and reporting to bring the building into compliance. Northgate’s team will now evaluate the performance of the building to identify energy efficiency measures that will result in reduced operating costs.
